All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Late arrivals may still attract fees in line with the policy above.
Cancellations made between 48 and 2 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations under 2 hours, late arrivals, or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled fee. Special circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
Late fees for bookings made with a gift card will be deducted directly from the voucher balance. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and no change will be given for residual balances.
Insurance providers typically only provide rebates for services paid for directly by the patient at the time of treatment. Therefore, services paid via gift vouchers are not eligible for private health insurance (PHI) claims.
Your health and safety are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Our therapists are qualified professionals, but massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and electronic payments.

Gift cards are non-refundable, fully transferable, and valid for 3 years from purchase unless otherwise stated. Usage, late fees, cash redemption, and private health insurance are covered under Booking and Appointments above.
